My Story
In 2014, I arrived in Sydney from Ukraine with a small bunch of cash (very small for Sydney), a one-year-old, and a one-way ticket. Then I built my career from scratch to Head of Commercial Finance with a $250K job.
After 15 years as a Finance Director and Chartered Accountant - leading teams, owning P&Ls, sitting at the table - I walked away from corporate and rebuilt from zero in a new country. No network. No salary. No title. Just the resilience, self-trust and absolute certainty there was no way back.
I'm a mum of two, a wife, and an avid traveller - living proof that a values-first life and serious ambition are not in conflict. My coaching began long before I left corporate. Leading and coaching teams inside some of the world's biggest organisations, I witnessed firsthand what happens when someone finally believes in your potential before you fully believe in it yourself. That conviction never left me.
Today I run a 6-figure mentoring practice from anywhere in the world - on my terms, around my family, without adding more hours. I work with the 1% of ex-senior corporate professionals who are exactly where I was: already out, already building, already decided - but missing the system to scale.
Together we build the bridge from where you are to where you know you're capable of going. Not because I read about it. Because I built it myself - and now help clients - ex-Marketing Directors, ex-CFOs, ex-VPs of Operations turned consultants, advisors, fractional executives or coaches in 12 countries - do the same.
