Meet Ana

ICF Accredited Personal Performance Coach

I am an ICF accredited personal performance coach and productivity trainer based in Sydney, Australia. My mission is to coach working professionals on how to shift their mindset from fixed to growth and build high-performance habits, enabling them to live a fulfilling, all-encompassing life.

 

I help clients achieve personal success, professional growth, financial goals, and better work/life integration while cultivating healthy habits around lifestyle and relationships.

I offer personalised 1-on-1 online personal performance coaching sessions and run productivity and resilience training workshops for corporate clients.

My Story

I firmly believe that every person has untapped potential waiting to be unlocked. Through an empowering coaching process, I help my clients to identify strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, establish effective frameworks for high-performance habits, and develop executable strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

 

As someone who has achieved a lot of life goals, I always lead by example, drawing from my own life story. As a successful immigrant who moved from Ukraine to Australia with a one-year-old child in 2014, I have unlocked my potential and shown levels of resilience and courage in navigating life's challenges that I never thought I even possessed.

 

With over 15 years of experience in corporate finance as a chartered accountant and senior finance professional, I understand the demands of balancing career, family and personal passions. I am a dedicated mother of two, a wife, and an avid traveller.

 

My journey into coaching began during my corporate tenure, where I had the privilege of leading and coaching teams, witnessing the transformative power of coaching firsthand.

 

As Galileo Galilei once said; "We cannot teach people anything; we can only help them discover it within themselves'. I embody this philosophy, guiding clients to uncover their true potential.

Training is focused on providing helpful tips, methods and strategies. ]My approach is a blended approach between pure coaching and training.

    There are various types of coaching, including life coaching, executive coaching, career coaching, health and wellness coaching, and relationship coaching, among others.
  • 6. How long does a coaching engagement typically last?
    Coaching engagements can vary widely, but they often last from a few months to a year, depending on the individual’s goals and needs.
  • 7. Will my life improve after the first session?
    Even though your mindset shift will start to happen after first session, the transformation you are making to your life requires time and work. It might take weeks, sometimes years. My programs are designed to last from 2 to 6 months. But sometimes I can work with my client for a year. You might feel uncomfortable along the way because you are growing as a human being – similar to when you learn new skills. Growth usually lies beyond the comfort zone. It is okay - and part of the transformation you will be going through!
  • 8. What can I expect in a coaching session?
    In a typical coaching session, you can expect open dialogue, goal setting, exploration of challenges, and actionable strategies to move forward. The coach will guide you but also encourage self-reflection.
  • 9. Do I need to have specific goals before starting coaching?
    While having specific goals can be helpful, it’s not necessary. I will help you identify and clarify your goals during the initial sessions.

    Look for a coach whose expertise aligns with your goals, check their credentials and experience, and consider scheduling an initial consultation to see if their style fits your needs.
  • 11. Why should I invest in coach?
    Many individuals find that the personal and professional growth they achieve through coaching far outweighs the cost. The skills and insights gained can lead to significant improvements in various areas of life. You don’t know what you don’t know. A good coach will help you to create an actionable plan for you to start making changes to your life.
  • 12. How do I measure progress in coaching?
    Progress can be measured through regular check-ins, goal assessments, feedback from your coach, and self-reflection on changes in behaviour, mindset, and outcomes.
  • 13. Can coaching be done virtually?
    Yes, I do my sessions virtually with the clients from around the world. But if you happen to be in Sydney, Australia – we can always do it in person. For my corporate clients I run in-person and virtual workshops.
